'Windows Phantom Account' cannot be created on a domain

  • You added your device to the Anti-Theft portal in my.eset.com, but it is not fully optimized

Solution

Getting started with ESET Anti-Theft: Step 2 of 4 ← Activate and set up | eset.com account
  1. Open the main program window of your ESET Windows product.

  2. Click Optimization report.

  1. The my.eset.com sign-in window will automatically open in your default web browser. Type the email address and password that you used to create your my.eset.com account during installation and click Sign in.

Your my.eset.com email and password

Your my.eset.com email and password were created by you and are different than the ESET-issued Username and Password you received after purchasing your product. If this is your first time signing in to my.eset.com, you will verify the email address assigned to the account before proceeding.
